SEASNFair’s First Event a Remarkable Success!

The first-ever SEASNFair event was a great success, bringing together 60 participants from across the European agricultural community. The event, titled “Tools and Methods for Enhancing Digitalization in Agriculture,” provided a platform for knowledge exchange, innovation, and digital transformation for advisory services and farmers.

The event featured four expert speakers, who presented on two key topics:

  • The AEDIH ProjectZóra Pók, Ágnes Jakab, and Mihály Csótó (Hungary) introduced the Agricultural European Digital Innovation Hub (AEDIH) project, which supports advisors by equipping them with knowledge of digitalization practices through training. They shared insights into how digital tools and strategies can enhance advisory work and improve farm productivity.
  • ISM Methodology & SMT ToolMateja Gorše Janežič presented the Interactive Strategic Management (ISM) and the SMT (Strategic Management Tool), designed for advisors to guide and support farmers in developing strategic plans for their farms. These tools help farmers identify key challenges and opportunities for improving productivity and farm development.

The high level of participation and engagement during SEASNFair demonstrated the importance of collaborative knowledge-sharing initiatives in the region and the whole of Europe. It highlighted the strong interest in digitalization, innovation, and strategic development among different stakeholders. The event served as a valuable platform for networking, exchanging expertise, and exploring practical solutions for the future of the agricultural sector.

We are thrilled to have hosted such an inspiring event and look forward to future editions where we will continue fostering knowledge exchange, innovation, advisory excellence, and sustainable development.

A big thank you to all the speakers and attendees who made this event possible! We invite everyone to participate in future SEASNFair events—so stay tuned!
