Southeast European Network of Advisory Services
is an association of agricultural advisory services, agricultural chambers, agricultural institutes, faculties and non-governmental organizations founded in Bulgaria on October 22, 2015.
SEASN operates in the area of its members, public and private advisory services, individual advisors as well as other agricultural institutions, non-governmental organizations and natural persons working in agriculture and rural areas can become members of SEASN.

As a young association we have an impressive list of members with a lot of experience in projects: Advisory Service of Croatia, Banat University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Romania, Austrian Carinthian Chamber of Agriculture, Slovenian Chamber of Agriculture and Forestry, Serbian Institute of Agricultural Science, Ministry of Agriculture, of Forestry and Rural Development of Kosovo, National Agricultural Advisory Service of Bulgaria, Initiative for Agricultural Development of Kosovo, National Agency for Enlargement of Macedonia, Szecheny Istvan Egyetem from Hungary, Department for Advisory Affairs in Plant Industry Production and Livestock from Montenegro. INFRASTRUCTURE
The headquarters of the SEASN Association is in Zagreb, Bani 110 and operates in the territory of its members: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia.
Igor Hrovatič is the head of the Slovenian Advisory Service in the Chamber of Agriculture and Forestry of Slovenia (CAFS). He graduated in agriculture at the Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana. About 29 years of professional experience in the field of agriculture, nutrition and RD issues (including agriculture, engineering, agricultural economics, phytosanitary issues, farm management, food technology), of which more than 4 years as director of CAFS. Since 2019, he has been the president of the SEASN Association.
Dr. Snežana Janković is the Assistant Director for Scientific Research of the Institute for the Application of Science in Agriculture (IPN), Belgrade, Serbia. She holds a PhD in agricultural sciences from the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade. As a researcher and research associate, he has participated in seven national research projects. Since 2019, she has been the first vice president of the SEASN Association.
Milan Husnjak graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine in Zagreb, and has a master's degree in animal husbandry. He has 40 years of experience working in the field with farmers (33 years in Croatia and 7 years in Switzerland), of which he spent 8 years in the advisory service as a senior coordinator and expert on international cooperation. Since 2013 member of the IALB Executive Board, President of SEASN in the period 2015-2019, current Head of SEASN Head Office, Member of GFRAS GA, FAIRshare & WiseFarmer Project SEASN Coordinator, Head of the Demonstration and Information Activities Department - Ministry of Agriculture , Croatia, leader of the Croatian team in the horizon 2020 PLAID project.
Dr. Sladjan Stankovic has 20 years of experience in agriculture, of which 15 years as an expert in agronomy - plant protection specialist at the Institute for the Application of Science in Agriculture (IPN), Belgrade, Serbia. Ima mr.sc. degree in biotechnology - Plant Protection at the Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade and a doctorate in ecology at the Faculty of Environmental Protection, Educons, Novi Sad. Since 2015, he has been the secretary of the SEASN Association.
